Our administrative and dispatch operations are managed directly from our facility in Mexico. We cater exclusively to international customers located across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Order Handling Time: Standard order processing, physical inspection, and packaging require 1 to 2 working days prior to courier collection.
Operating Days: Processing and dispatch activities occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Mexico.

3.1 Target Markets & Express Carriers
We provide international delivery service to valid postal addresses within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. To ensure consistent handling, we collaborate with established international courier networks, including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority express services.
3.2 Estimated Transit Window
Standard Delivery Timeframe: 6 to 9 working days from the date of official courier handover.
Factors Influencing Delivery: Transit times may occasionally vary due to local carrier operational schedules, weather conditions, or statutory customs entry checks at destination borders.
- Automated Tracking & Order Status Notifications
To maintain operational transparency throughout the shipment journey, our automated notification system dispatches tracking updates directly to the email address provided during checkout.
Automated status notifications are issued at key operational milestones:
Dispatch Confirmation: Transmitted upon parcel handover to the carrier, including an official international tracking link.
Hub Entry: Transmitted when the parcel is scanned at major regional sorting or distribution hubs.
Out for Delivery: Transmitted when the parcel is assigned for final local delivery to your designated delivery address.
- Delayed, Overdue, or Missing Shipments
If your parcel has not arrived within the standard 6 to 9 working days delivery window, please notify our customer support team promptly at simulation@foamandfade.com.
Upon receiving your inquiry:
We will immediately initiate a formal trace and investigation with the responsible carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Following formal carrier confirmation regarding parcel status, where a shipment is verified as lost or excessively delayed beyond reasonable limits, foamandfade will issue either a full refund to your original payment method or arrange an immediate replacement dispatch at no additional charge.
- Statutory Risk of Loss & Goods Ownership
In strict compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and statutory consumer protection rules in North America and Europe:
The risk of damage to, or loss of, ordered merchandise remains with foamandfade during international transit.
Risk passes to the consumer only when the consumer, or a designated recipient, acquires physical possession of the physical parcel. Risk does not transfer upon handover to the logistics carrier.
